Cancellations policy

 1 to 1, and private group sessions:

In the case of pay as you go sessions the following conditions apply:

• Cancel within 24 hours – Full payment required.

• Cancel within 24-48 hours – 50% payment required, unless session can be filled by another player.

 

On the Ball group sessions:

Block booking payments cannot be refunded.

Subscription payments cannot be refunded if not cancelled before the 1st of the month when payment is taken.

Holiday Camps:

Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled over 48 hours before the camp date.

No refund will be given if cancelled within 48 hours of the camp date.

If for any reason your CTO coach needs to cancel any sessions, your session will be re-arranged at a suitable time.

Parent/ Guardian Consent

By agreeing to these terms and conditions I give permission for my child to participate in 1 to 1 football sessions with the following conditions;​

• I have supplied CTO Sports with all information regarding the health and well being of my child, including any prior injuries or conditions.

• CTO Sports will not be responsible for any injury/fall/accident while practicing set drills/exercises outside of the session.

• I will not bring charges/suits against CTO Sports in relation to any matter occurring during or as a result of the coaching session.

• I will stay with my child throughout the duration of the session.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

In consideration of participating in any CTO Sports programme, I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of this activity. My child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.

We may require additional information depending on the medical information provided to us by you before we can accept your booking.

I fully understand that this activity involves risks of bodily injury, which may be caused by the child’s own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the condition in which the event takes place. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my child’s participation in the activity.

CTO Sports does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, loss or damages except to the extent that it results from our negligence.
