TECHNICAL COACH

Enthusiastic and reliable coach needed to provide high-quality training for players of various ages and abilities on a 1-to-1 basis. This includes planning and delivery based around CTO's philosophies. Job role and responsibilities:

• Planning and adaptation, using a PDP template, of sessions to best facilitate the players' development in specific areas.

• Delivery of sessions to a high standard.

• Ensuring professional standards are met and maintained throughout the sessions and whenever representing the brand.

• Available to work Saturday and Sunday.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid DBS

• Previous coaching experience

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous experience of working within performance-based football

• Coaching or teaching qualifications

• Valid driving licence
